ColourPop Haul-Cheeks, Lippie Stix, Blushes and Eye Shadows

I had previously come accross the brand ColorPop while watching Youtube videos. The producs all seemed amazing from the reviews I had seen, so I thought why not try them out? When I got my first order I was hooked! The products are so creamy and pigmented! Did I also mention very affordable? What woman doesn’t love makeup that is affordable? They are based in Los Angeles and their products are only tested on humans. Another thing I love about them! No animal testing! They recently came out with some new blushes-Super Shock Cheeks (can I just say they are also amazing). So today I have a little bit of a mixture of the products for you!

I got two of their new blushes Prenup & Birthday Suit. The Super Shock Cheeks are 4.2 grams and $8 each. The blushes are a sponge like cream to powder texture. They have 20 different blushes to choose from in so many different ranges of shades and finishes.

Left to Right: Birthday Suit and Prenup. Birthday Suit is a Neutral Pink with a satin finish and Prenup is a mid-tone plum pink in a satin finish.

Top to Bottom: Prenup and Birthday Suit. When swatched they look very similiar to each other. I do feel though that I like Prenup a little more but both are really pretty and perfect for spring (I’m so ready for Spring, it’s not even funny).

Here is the recommendation on how to apply the blushes via ColourPop:

Fingertips will provide the highest amount of coverage. Brush suggestions: Use a flat synthetic cheek/ foundation brush or a short duo fiber brush; flat synthetic brush will give more coverage and the duo fiber brush will give a more sheer, air brushed effect. WHEN FINISHED: Close that sucker up tight! Don’t leave the jar opened for long periods of time; you may lose some of the magic that makes the Super Shock Cheek so amazzzing. Colour builds from natural- looking flushed looks to more intense bright looks. … Build to your heart’s desire!

Now on to some of their other great products!

Pictured here are two of their Lippie Stixs & Lip Pencils. Top to Bottom: Lumiere (lippie stix is the thicker one and the smaller one is the lip pencil) and Flawless. Lumiere is a dusty mauve pink in a satin finish and Flawless is deep red violet in a satin finish. These go on amazingly soft! They have shades that range from black to red and everything in between. The lippie stix and pencils are $5.

These are the amazing Super Shock Eye Shadows! These also have a sponge like cream to powder texture. They are 2.1 grams and are $5. These do not require any brushes for the application, unless you’re using one of the colors for your crease. They go on perfectly with just using your fingers (though you don’t want to press into the shadows to hard because it will hit pan). A little bit of the product will go a long way!

Top to Bottom: Desert, Girl Crush, I Heart This and Bill. Desert is a warm saddle brown with a taupe satin finish. Girl Crush is a mid-tone true gray with a matte finish. I Heart This is a cool-toned silvery taupe with multi-coloured glitter. Last but not least, Bill which is a muted plum beige with a Matte Finish. These eyeshadow are to die for!

As you can tell I am definitely obsessed with ColorPop products! I was extremely impressed that they had great products for such a great price. I would recommend that you check them out! To see more of what they have to offer visit their website at https://colourpop.com/

If you try any of their products let me know what you think! Hope you enjoyed the review of the products and the swatches! Happy Friday!!!

Hi there! I know this is somewhat off-topic but I needed to ask.
Does running a well-established website such as yours require a
large amount of work? I am brand new to running a blog
but I do write in my diary everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and thoughts online.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or tips for brand new aspiring
    blog owners. Thankyou!
