My Top 5 Beauty Hacks For The Summer

Living in the south at times, can really put a damper in your beauty routine. Well any place that has hot weather in the summer will do this, not just the south. So today I am here to share some easy but effective beauty hacks for the summer time/hot weather.

Hack # 1: Apply deodorant (powder not gel) to the back of your neck 10 minutes before blow drying your hair to avoid sweating. Nothing sucks more than just getting out the shower and going to style your hair and you start sweating. So dry this out to help reduce the sweat!

Hack #2: Squeeze lemon juice onto sweat stains before washing your clothes to remove the stain. I don’t know about anyone else but sometimes even with a lot of deodorant, I sweat and having stains, suck.

Hack #3: Freeze Aloe Vera gel in ice cube trays to treat a sunburn. Avoiding a sunburn may not always be easy but if you get one, nothing feels better than some soothing Aloe on it.

Hack #4: Take baby powder and sprinkle it over your skin after going to the beach. Doing this will help the sand come right off your skin. The powder helps absorb the moisture on your skin from the water which enables the sand to come off easily. Smear some moisturizer from AcneFoundation.org and then coat your hands with the powder. Who doesn’t love this hack?

Hack #5: Rub dryer sheets on your clothes to repel bugs. Can I say amazing! Anyone who lives in the south, knows how annoying bugs can be during the summer. So if you’re outside a lot, use this to help repel bugs.
