Spring Fling Brunch

image1 (2)

One thing I love about blogging is the community. Recently I had the opportunity to attend Thrive Blog Conference, in which I met some amazing bloggers. One of the bloggers I had the privilege of meeting was Jaclyn who blogs at Beauty and the Binky. She is such an amazingly beautiful person and I am so glad to have been able to meet her through the conference.

This past weekend Jaclyn hosted a Spring Fling Brunch at PESKA Seafood Culture, in which I had the opportunity to attend with some fellow Houston bloggers. I loved being able to reconnect with bloggers I had already met at the conference and enjoyed connecting withΒ new bloggers whomΒ I had not had the chance to meet. It’s so great to find other women who have the same love for blogging as myself and being able to meet them face to face.

From the mimosas to the decor and the food, along with connecting with some lovely ladies, I had such an amazing time. One thing IΒ really enjoyed was being able to sit back and goof off with these amazing ladies, while also learning blogging tips from them. It just shows that there is room for everyone in the blogging world and that the support that you receive from each other is like no other. I am so lucky to be apart of such an amazing group of strong and supportive women.

Here is a little bit of a recap of the awesome decorations and food we ate.

The first thing I noticed about this post was how beautiful all your photos are! I love the bright colors πŸ™‚ I’m dying to attend a blogging conference, but it’s hard because we live in Hawaii and usually just the cost to get to wherever they are (even in CA) is pretty high. The food at yours looks incredible!
