November 2016 Goals/Intentions

novembergoals

Happy November Y’all! I feel crazy saying that because I don’t know where October went. October was a really good month for me for the most part. I got to enjoy spending time with my family and I relaxed as much as I could in October. I’m hoping that November will be even better. Let’s see how I did on my goals for last month.

October Goals Revisited: Personal & Blog

-Work out at least 3 x’s a week// Yes and no. There were some weeks I worked out more than 3 x/s and some weeks where I did not. Still proud of myself of working out.

-Start saving for/buying Christmas presents// Yes. I have a little saved up. Now to start shopping.

-Reduce my debt by $700// Yes! I actually did over $700. I’m quite happy about that.

-Read my Whole 30 book to understand how it works better// I did read some of the book. I have yet to start the Whole 30 though. I will probably wait till after the holidays.

-Read at least 100 pages in one of the books I am in between reading (Nice Is Just Another Place In France, After You & Leave Your Mark)// This did not happen. I did however read more but not 100 pages.

-Starting eating healthier// I have done as well as I can with eating healthier. Which is a start.

-Continue to blog consistently// Yes. I did pretty well with blogging last month. I hope to continue to do much better in November.

-Post on Instagram/Twitter at least twice a week// Again there were times where I posted a lot some weeks and others not as much.

-Update at least 5 Pinterest graphics// I updated 2 graphics.

October Highs

-Taking time to relax by getting a much needed two hour massage. I feel so bad with how much work my massage therapist has to do on my body. I have so many knots, etc that still need to be taken out.

-Spending time with my family and celebrating my grandfathers 83rd birthday with him.

October Lows

-Dealing with some recent health concerns that have come up. Hoping that they are not serious but I am still waiting to hear more about what is going on. Let’s hope it’s nothing.

November Goals: Blog & PersonalΒ

-Blog 3 x’s a week.

-Take batch photos for upcoming posts.

-Take a blogging e-course.

-Update 5 pinterest images.

-Plan out my editorial calendar for this month (or at least some of it).

-Post at least two beauty posts/reviews.

-Take better care of myself. With my recent health concerns I need to make my health #1. Not that I don’t take care of myself but there are some things I am probably going to have to change soon.

-Continue to work out 3 x’s a week.

-Get another massage.

-Spent more time with my family.

-Save for my trip to Banff.

I hope that I will kick butt with accomplishing my November goals. What are your goals for this month? I’d love to know in the comments below.

Congrats on the debt reduction; that’s HUGE! I am really hoping to dive head first into that in the new year. The next couple months I’ll get some OT opportunities at work that should hopefully let me really start chipping away at mine!

I hope the health stuff isn’t serious! I just found out I have heavy metal toxicity so I’m working through care to detox and get back on track myself!

Great goals! You can totally achieve them all! I mean, you made excellent progress in October so I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t excel this month! πŸ™‚ I will keep you and your health in my thoughts and prayers. In December, I began experiencing an autoimmune disease and I learned how scary it is to not know what is wrong with you. I hope you get answers soon. Try and stay positive though – easier said than done. The more you stress, the worse you will feel. Don’t hesitate to email me if you need to vent about health stuff. I’m a pretty good listener when it comes to that. xoxo

You should definitely be really proud of yourself- working out 3 times a week is a lot with everything else and is definitely a lot to be proud of! I like your idea of showing your monthly lows and highs, thats great. I wish I was a consistent enough blogger to actually “revisit” my goals from last month in a post, but my goals posts seem to be pretty sporadic. lol

Eating healthy is so hard especially when busy, it’s taken me years to find healthy food I like to eat consistantly too. So good luck.

I also really hope the health concerns turn out to be nothing and that you are okay! Lots of love, Darling!!

I get bored with eating the same food after a few days, so I am doing some research on recipes. Let’s hope I find some good stuff. My health concerns are a little crazy right now but in time and a change of eating habits, etc will hopefully help. I am very excited about going to Banff. I can’t wait!
