I can not believe that it is already October! Where has this year gone? I feel like it was just summer yesterday. Well maybe I feel that way because it’s still fairly warm here in Texas. One good thing about a new month is being about to set new goals. Who doesn’t love goals? Last month I did not set any goals due to my vacation, etc. So I’m long overdue on mine! So here are my goals for this month!
Blog
-Work with some bloggers on some collaborations. I don’t have any collaborations set up currently but I would love to work with other bloggers.
-Do more webinars. I recently did a webinar that was hosted by Helene In Between and it was so very useful!
-Grow my followers. I would love if you followed me!
-Write my blog posts the day before each post is posted (I’ve gotten better with this but I still need to improve greatly).
-Increase my page views
-Do more beauty posts
Fitness
-Continue my current work out routine (working out at least 3x’s a week)
Home
-De-clutter everything.
Personal
-Read at least two new books this month. I have been doing horrible at reading. I just need to set aside some time each night to be able to read and have quite time
-Pay off some debt
-Spend more time with my grandparents
-Cook more meals
-Go to a pumpkin patch or some type of fall festival
-Decorate my house for the fall/the holidays
What are your goals for this month?
Now it’s time for a giveaway!!!
Those are great goals 🙂 I love making a nice list of the things I want to accomplish for the month. It makes everyday worth getting out of bed!
I agree Shelby! It gives me something to strive for each day, week, etc.
I am in the process of trying to declutter things as well!! Best of luck with your goals! 🙂
Chelsea I hate the process of decluttering things but in the end it will be worth it. Thank You!
Great goals!! My main goal for the month is to try a Pumpkin Spice Latte…I’ve never had one…whoops lol
Taylor you are slacking girl! I’ve only had one so far since they came out. They changed up their new ones at Starbucks. It’s really good. I know I think at CC’s in Lafayette or another place (I can’t remember) has a really good pumpkin spice latte as well.
Mistle, these are great goals and I can relate to many of them! I’m definitely diving in to some fall activities as well – super excited to go to the pumpkin patch!
Thanks Erin!! I really want to do more activities for the fall. I feel like I’ve been slacking over the last few years.
I also want to read more books and I want to get outside walking more.
Hil I really wish I had more time to set back and enjoy a good book lately. I just feel like my life lately is crazy. I really need to start exercising more.
Let me know about the collab! I’m looking to do one too 🙂
Xo,
Kara @ Fit Chick Nextdoor
Kara I would love to do a collab with you! Let’s email each other and figure out what type of collab we want to do. 🙂 [email protected]
These are great goals! And I love seeing others goals for each month. And yay for participating in the same giveaway 🙂
Thank You Alexandra! I also enjoy seeing what everyone else has as their goals each month. 🙂
I am constantly trying to declutter! So much work but worth it in the end! Good luck with your goals!!
Thank You Emily! I have been really trying hard to declutter lately. It’s so nice after it is done but while doing it, not so great.
I always love seeing other people’s goals <3 Your blog looks so great already, good luck growing into something even more amazing!
Thank You Jessica! I am trying more each day on improving my blog. 🙂
Great goals! I’m working on growing my followers as well and decluttering is a neverending procress 🙂
Thank You Rachel! I had decluttering things but it really is useful once everything is done.
It’s so good to post your goals and have your community hold you accountable!
Goals are really important! It gives me something to accomplish all the time.
These are great goals! I have been taking a lot of webinars and I love them!
Lexi, I really loved the webinar I just did. I want to continue to do more of them so I can learn and grow my blog more.
Definitely glad you are trying to make your grandparents a priority. That is so important 🙂
My grandparents have always been my priority but I have been extremely busy lately that I have not seen them in almost two months. That never happens. So I am trying to see them more often lately. 🙂
Great goals! I want to work on more collaborations with other bloggers, too!
Thank You Alanna! I’ve never done any collaborations but it’s something I really want to do!
I need to add all of your blog goals to my October list! I can’t believe we’re so close to 2015.
I can’t believe it either! Just crazy! I’m glad you like my goals. 🙂
Great goals- it always feel good to accomplish something! I have to keep a to do list and check stuff off to get anything accomplished. I feel so proud when I look at my check marks at the end of the day. Sounds silly, I know.
Erica it does not sound silly that you make a to do list and check it off. I do that alot to because my mind is all over the place most of the time. So it really helps me remember stuff!
Paying off my debt is a must. Something I’m starting in 2016!!!
I have been trying so hard to not spend money on things I really don’t need. Like new makeup…but sometimes that does not work. Hahaha. A girl can never have too much makeup.
Awesome goals. I participated in the first webinar that Helene and between did and it was awesome!
Ashley did you just do the one she did last week? It was really good!
Great goals!!! And thanks for hosting such a cool giveaway!! Have a successful month!
Thank You Ashley! Good luck!
It’s like I wrote this list of goals myself! Pretty much every one is spot on with my own list of goals for the month. I even attended the webinar with Helene earlier this month. So happy I found this blog, your design is beautiful and I love the name. – Merisa @ Monogrammed Magnolias
Thank You so much Merisa!! That’s awesome that are goals are on spot with each other. 🙂 I appreciate your kind words!
Setting goals is such a great way to get to them, and it’s so easy to do! Thanks for sharing!
I agree Ashley. I enjoy having goals!
I love reading goals that other people set. It reminds me of things I need to work on too. =) I hate those mornings when I wake up at 5:30 so I can finish writing my blog post. I would also love to get to the point where all of mine were done the day before. I read yesterday in a FB group that one woman had her posts written, pictures edited, and everything for the next MONTH was ready to post.
Aliza I really wish I could do that but unfortunately I could not write, edit, etc all my posts a month ahead of time. That is really awesome though! I find that one day I want to post about this and then I change my mind. I have a ton of ideas on what I want to write but you never know if something changes.
Great goals… I also need to De-clutter my home. It’s getting too messy

Thank You! I have been slowly but surely decluttering my home. I can’t wait till I am done.
