Happy Tuesdayย Y’all!! I can’t believe it’s already March!!! I hope everyone had a great Monday and a fabulous weekend! I had an amazing one! I apologize for not blogging much last week but work put me in a crappy mood and I needed to unplug for a little while. More about that in a blog post soon. Now on to this past weekend!
Friday night I attended the kick off party for Thrive Blog Conference. I had a great time being able to meet some bloggers before the actual conference Saturday. We were all able to cut loose have some drinks and dance, which was a great ice breaker for us to get to know each other. The decorations and food were amazing! I also won a free night stay at the hotel that the conference was being hosted at. Yah me!!
Saturday was the actual Thrive Blog Conference (my first one ever). There were nine speakers at the conference and all of them were so inspiring. I learned so much from each of them! One of the really great things about the conference, was that there was time allotted for you to be able to go around and find bloggers to collaborate with. I loved finding bloggers to do future collabs that were in my area! We also are planning some future get together’s. Finally some blogger friends I can meet up with other than virtually. And once again, the decorations were quite amazing (as you can see).
Sunday was a very lazy day for me. I basically did not do much. I accomplished washing/cleaning my car and doing some laundry. Everything else I had planned to get done…I failed at. Oh well. After doing a few choresย the boyfriend and I had a quite movie night at home. We watched The Good Dinosaur (yes I am 29 and still watch movies for kids) and I will admit I cried during certain parts. It was a really good movie with a great message.
So this was my weekend! I will be bringing you more pictures and writing more about what I learned at Thrive Blog Conference soon! So be on the look out for those posts. Did you doing anything fun over the weekend?

Mattie this was my first one and I learned so much! It really was a blast! I was nervous because I went alone and new no one. So it was a little intimidating at first but once I got to talking to the other bloggers, all my nervous energy went away. I highly encourage you to attend a blog conference! You really will enjoy it. ๐
Sounds like you had a busy and exciting weekend. I want to attend a blogging conference someday soon!
