Happy Wednesday!!! I am excited that this week it finally feels like Fall! I’ve been waiting for this far to long! However, I’ve been feeling a little under the weather with all the crazy weather changes. At least it’s Wednesday and we are almost to the weekend. Join me and my sweet friend Leslie for our confessions this week.
I confess that I could not be more excited to be able to wear my leggings and boots this week.
I confess that I am making some life changes due to some recent health concerns. Nothing crazy (thank god). I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Lots of factors have went into that, so it’s time to make a change. I will say it has effected my health in many ways.
I confess that I have not done any Christmas shopping yet. Yep I’m a slacker. Hoping to start soon though.
I confess that I am hoping that there will be no craziness with the newly elected president (whoever it is-I’m writing this Tuesday night).
I confess that this is the first presidential election that I participated in. As they say “You can’t complain if you didn’t vote”.
I confess that I need to do more decluttering to our house. I have been on a throwing away spree.
I confess that I am excited to see the new ColourPop Holiday edition. I saw a sneek peek but I really want to see swatches of the products. If you don’t follow ColourPop on snapchat do it!
I confess that I want to do absolutely nothing this weekend. I want to be lazy. Hopefully that happens.
I confess that I have been in chill mode at work. I just have not been stressing about stuff. I feel that if it gets done, it gets done. If not it can wait. As long as I do my job I think not stressing on small things is important.
I confess this time change has thrown my body off completely. Not loving it to say the least.
So that is all for this week! How has your week been? Any good confessions? Let me know in the comments below.
I confess the I am so glad the election is over and we can move on.
Candy I agree. I hope we can move on quickly. It doesn’t look that way though.
I agree with lots of your confessions. Leggings – check, Christmas shopping – need to start, time change – sleepy. 🙂
Carolyn leggings are so nice to wear! I hope to have my Christmas shopping done soon. Time change has me all messed up.
Girl, I am all about leggings these days! I’m living in them. Have you bought any from Simple Addiction? They are so soft and most of them are around $9.95. I bought two pair and am in heaven! I haven’t started any of my Christmas shopping either. I don’t know why but it just hasn’t felt very holiday like here yet. I’m hoping for a lazy weekend, too. Those are the best so here’s hoping for the both of us.
Time change is not my friend either and I hope that you start to feel better soon. Medical problems can be scary. Sending lots of love and hugs my sweet friend! Happy Wednesday!
I am so happy that I have been able to pull out my leggings and boots!! Its been way too long. I have not bought any from Simple Addiction. I have heard from you and Chelsie that they are great leggings to try out. I do need some new black ones! I also agree that it has not felt much like the holidays here because it has been so hot. This is also probably why I have been waiting to post things about Fall on the blog….they are coming soon. 🙂 I just want to be lazy this weekend. Considering that I believe I am getting a cold/flu I probably will be taking it easy. This time change has completely thrown me off! Thank You for your sweet words. I have been taking the right steps in getting my health into better shape. 🙂 I hope you had a great Wednesday!
I confess that I am craving some me-time; no family, no whining, no cooking or doing the laundry or anything of that matter.
Glad you’re health issues aren’t major and can be taken care of!
Chrissy having alone time is always needed and a must! I hope you get some soon! 🙂
I’m with you on leggings and boots! I love the coziness! I also haven’t started Christmas shopping. I am not prepared at all.
Adriana I am so glad that I was finally able to wear my boots and leggings. I have been waiting since September when it became Fall. Unfortunately living in the South….that doesn’t always happen. I hope to get most of my shopping done next weekend.
I need to get on my Christams shopping as well. I started today by buying cards for my nieces and nephew since I always send them gift cards.
I confess that although fall is my favorite season, I’m already over it. Here in New Endgland the weather has been so all over the place, that I’m looking forward to spring already. 🙂

Ayanna I hope to have some Christmas shopping done by next weekend. I doubt I will get it completed though. I am excited that it’s finally getting cooler here but I completely understand your pain. The weather here has been hot, rainy, cool, hot, etc.
My week has been good considering that it started out really difficult! But it has smoothed over. I confess that I really wasn’t too stressed about the election. It’s not because I don’t care, but because I see a lot of work ahead no matter what.
Ivanna that is great that it has been good despite it being difficult. I agree that there is a lot of work ahead of us with this election. I hope that with time things will calm down.
This is a neat idea for weekly confessions 😉 I guess my biggest confession is I really need to clean our bathrooms! They’re awful and embarrassing! 😛
Thank You Vanessa!! I will confess that my bathrooms need a little TLC as well. I’ll be doing some cleaning this weekend. 🙂
Love this style of post, a relaxed weekend sounds super fun. I’m not sure that many people have started Christmas shopping. Hope your feeling better.
Thank You Kate! I am looking forward to having some down time this weekend. I am looking to do some Christmas shopping next weekend. 🙂
I confess that I am ready for it to be the weekend already! It’s been a crazy week and I’d love nothing more than to lock myself in my craft room and go to town.
Shani I am ready for it as well! It’s been a very long week it seems. It’s almost over though! I would love to be able to snuggle up on the couch and binge watch a few shows.
Oh man, this time change has been ROUGH! And kudos to your decluttering! We just took a massive load to Goodwill last week and it feels so good. I’m a habitual “tosser” though, so things don’t last long around here anyways.
I confess that my daily coffee intake has doubled. Again, I blame that time change!!
Joy I agree it is rough! I declutter every few months. Its needed! I’ll be doing some more this weekend. I have been drinking a lot more coffee as well!
Yes to not stressing at your job. I feel the exact same way.
Jenny I just don’t care. I mean I do but I am not going to stress and put self health at risk over it. 🙂
Girl, don’t feel bad. I haven’t started Christmas shopping yet either haha I don’t even have my own Christmas list yet. Everyone keeps asking me what I want and need and I have nothing to give them. Hopefully I can get it together in the next couple weeks lol

Keating I hope to have some shopping done next weekend. Fingers crossed! I am the same way with people asking me what I want for Christmas. I honestly don’t know. Here’s to us trying to figure that out sooner or later!
Sorry to hear about the blood pressure diagnosis, but I know you’ll be able to get it under control- you got this! Also, leggings and boots all day errday! lol 🙂
Thank You Cara. It has slowly gotten under control. I love that I have finally been able to wear leggings and boots here. 🙂
I seriously need to declutter too! It’s stressing me out and I need to get on it haha!
Adriana I have slowly been decluttering. I did a huge declutter two weekends ago before my family came to visit.
